THE PROPOSAL
ABOUT THE IMMERSION
The ELITE Endoscopic Facelift Course is a two-day immersion dedicated to advanced endoscopic facial surgery, combining comprehensive theory and cadaveric practice side by side with world-renowned surgeons in the technique.
On the first day, ten theoretical modules cover the entire surgical journey — from endoscopic anatomy to complication management — concluding with a Q&A panel with the chairmen.
On the second day, the Cadaver Lab Experience places each participant at a dual-cadaver station: one hemiface is led by the teaching faculty with live endoscopic transmission, while the other is operated by the participant themselves, with continuous rotation between stations.
Two days, a single objective: to leave with refined technique and the confidence to apply the endoscopic deep plane in clinical practice.

Classes are led by the elite of facial surgeons worldwide — professionals who have chosen to break away from the conventional to collectively raise the standard of facial surgery.
SCHEDULE
DAY 1 — DECEMBER 4
THEORETICAL LECTURES
The first day is dedicated to the complete theory of endoscopic facial surgery: surgical anatomy, patient selection and analysis, equipment and OR workflow, incisions, and access points. The program continues with frontotemporal and midface lifting, the vertical vectors of the "Scarless" concept, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and closes with a session on complications, rescue strategies, and a Q&A panel with the chairmen.
DAY 2 — DECEMBER 5
CADAVER LAB
The second day takes place entirely in the Cadaver Lab using a dual-cadaver format: each pair operates on one hemiface while following the other being performed live by the teaching faculty. The stations cover access portals, eyebrow and midface lifting, upper and lower blepharoplasty, deep plane entry and retaining ligaments, SMAS fixation, risk zones of the facial nerve, structural fat grafting, and closure with skin redraping.

The immersion takes place at Quirontec Lab — Rua Cabiúna, 156, Vila Santa Catarina, São Paulo, 10 minutes from Congonhas Airport.
It is the largest practical surgical training center in São Paulo: 1,700 m² of dedicated facilities, featuring a fresh frozen anatomy lab equipped with endoscopic stations, 55" anti-glare screens, and radiolucent tables.
The venue is recognized as an official training center by major medical societies, such as the SBN (Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery) and SBOT (Brazilian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology).
